Choice Jewelry Designs wants you to love your products as much as we love making them.
Please contact us with any questions at info@choicejewelrydesigns.com and you will receive a response from us within 24 hours, Monday through Friday from 9am - 3pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
LiveChat is also available Monday through Friday from 9am - 3pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). LiveChat and info@choicejewelrydesigns.com are unavailable on weekends and U.S. Holidays.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days after you place your order. The item needs to be in the original packaging and condition upon which it was sold. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a refund. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: All sale items are FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Your credit card will be credited the cost of the item, including tax, less the cost of shipping.
SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped via US Priority Mail within 3-5 business days of order. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know via email to info@choicejewelrydesigns.com when you order. Delivery is Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays. Your state may be subject to sales tax.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

TIPS FOR CHOICE JEWELRY DESIGNS QUALITY AND CARE:
CHOICE Jewelry Designs is 14K gold plated. It is nickel free.
To keep it looking great, here are some tips:
Exposure to water promotes oxidation, so remove it before taking a shower, swimming, exercising etc. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, alcohols and hair products. Use a soft cloth to gently wipe your jewelry clean. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish. Store in a dry place.
